Process employee requests quicker with intake forms
Intake forms make it quicker to process and track employee requests. Forms can be a way to process employee termination, employee promotions, and maternity leaves and more. They can be sent to employees in a ticket, or displayed in their knowledge base.
Go to Intakes > Create/Edit Forms to create a new intake form, or to edit an existing form.
Go to Intakes > Send Form to send a form to an employee via Slack, email, or display it in their Knowledge Base's suggested resources.
Go to Intakes to view table of form responses. You can discuss the form submission with the submitting employee by turning the intake submission into a ticket.
Go to Intakes > Open the form > click Create Ticket. By creating a ticket for the form response, you will be able to chat with the submitting employee about it and resolve the ticket.
