What are AI Actions?

AI Actions is a feature designed to speed up the process of editing knowledge base articles. It allows you to quickly modify specific sections, or even the entire article, using simple, AI-powered prompts.

For example, if you're reviewing a suggested article and want it to focus more on your premium plan, AI Actions lets you rewrite just that portion or the entire article accordingly. You can also move selected content to a different article in your knowledge base.

How do I use it?

Enter Edit Mode
Click Edit on the article you want to update.

Select the Text
Highlight the section of text you'd like to modify.

Open AI Actions
Click AI Actions to see your editing options:

• Re-write selection:
  A text box will appear where you can describe how you'd like the highlighted text to change. The AI will update it directly.
• Re-write all content:
  Use the text box to describe how the entire article should be updated. The AI will revise the full content based on your input.
• Move selection:
  Select this option to transfer the highlighted text to another article in your knowledge base.
