Approvals are AI-generated suggestions from Ariglad designed to keep your knowledge base up to date. Ariglad regularly scans your data sources (such as support tickets, Slack channels, and current knowledge base content) and recommends changes or additions on a weekly basis.
Types of Approvals
New:
Ariglad suggests a New article when it detects a significant amount of information that isn’t currently covered in your knowledge base. This usually happens in two cases:
There is too much new information to fit smoothly into an existing article.
No article currently exists on the topic.
Update:
This is a common type of Approval. Ariglad identifies relevant information from your data sources that enhances an existing article.
On the left side of the Approval view, you'll see the current version of the article.
On the right, Ariglad shows the updated version, with new content highlighted in green for easy comparison.
Merge:
If your knowledge base has grown over time, duplicate or overlapping articles may have emerged. Ariglad identifies these and presents a Merge Approval:
The duplicate articles are displayed in separate tabs on the right side.
A proposed merged version combining them appears on the left, streamlining your content.
