What is Draft Mode?

Draft Mode allows you to quickly create a knowledge base article using your existing data sources (such as Slack channels, support tickets, and more) without waiting for Ariglad to suggest it.

For example, if your company has just implemented a major policy change and you want to document it immediately, Draft Mode is the fastest way to start from scratch.

How do I use it?

1. Go to Draft Mode in the Ariglad platform
2. Choose your knowledge base
3. In the text box, explain what you want the article to be about. For example 'Make an article explaining the XYZ policy change and how it will impact our users.'
4. You'll next see a list of sources that the AI has found about XYZ policy change in your data sources. You can remove any of these you want to, as well as add any attachments or text sources below.
5. By clicking 'Prepare Draft' you will see the article that has been created on the next page. Here you can make any necessary edits before clicking 'Generate Approval' that insert the article into your Approval lineup.
